From Carson, California to radio broadcasting school to international tours to your favorite radio stations, DJ Hed is more than music. He has moved crowds on tours with the likes of Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar.

"The Coast Guard," as he's come to be known as, has a reputation for honesty to compliment unwavering integrity within the industry. After building Home Grown Radio from a make shift bedroom broadcast with friend / business partner Chuck Dizzle, DJ Hed became a staple in the LA Hip Hop scene, garnering national notoriety acquiring over 20 million impressions online alone.

He's spent over a decade dedicating his life to the improvement of the entertainment industry contributions to the Los Angeles community in various arenas from charities / fundraisers to speaking at schools regularly in addition to maintaining strong political alliances. In early 2022 he became the inaugural Chairman of the MAC for Boys & Girls Club Los Angeles. DJ Hed co-hosted FOX’s nationally syndicated daily show “TMZ Hip Hop”, iHeart Media's REAL 92.3 FM Radio Station in Los Angeles for 7 years, while serving as the BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher DJ. DJ Hed can currently be heard hosting his own nationally syndicated radio show, “Effective Immediately” along side Gina Views.
